A mixed-use project in Givatayim integrates residential, office, and leisure spaces within a 300,000 sqm complex. Two towers rise above a podium, which includes a sports center, rooftop park, and areas for retail and entertainment.

120,000 sqm are dedicated to office use, designed for efficiency and adaptability. Sustainable features include green roofs, natural light optimization, and energy-efficient systems. Bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and locker rooms enhance sustainable mobility.

The architecture prioritizes connectivity, functionality, and environmental performance, creating a balanced urban environment tailored to its diverse users.
