City Tower
IDG PROJECT
Year: 2000
Location: Ramat Gan
Sqm: 60,000
The Sheraton CityTower is a 41-story landmark in Tel Aviv’s Central Business District, combining hotel, residential, and commercial spaces. The building, constructed in the 90s, is notable for its exposed concrete structure with pre-cast external beams, reflecting a stripped-back aesthetic. The design promotes connectivity with an outdoor ‘Garden restaurant,’ conference spaces, and wellness facilities, creating a hub for business and leisure. The tower’s height and orientation offer panoramic views of Tel Aviv’s skyline and the sea, blending the transition from the human scale to the urban landscape. It serves as a modern architectural statement in the city’s evolving skyline.
