A renewal project replacing five row buildings with two towers (19 floors) and four mid-rise buildings (9 floors), offering 480 units, including 15% affordable housing.

Active commercial façades face Derech HaShalom, while open, fence-free spaces promote pedestrian flow and shaded pathways. The historic ficus avenue is preserved, linking Derech HaShalom to Amishav.
