The Etz Chaim hotel, part of the Kiah complex in Jerusalem’s Machane Yehuda Market, is designed in collaboration with Ian Bader Architect. This project features the renovation of the historic Beit Alliance building into a luxury boutique hotel. Architecturally, the design preserves the building's historic character while introducing modern elements that enhance its functionality. The hotel integrates seamlessly with the surrounding area, maintaining the market’s unique authenticity. The structure includes high-quality commercial spaces, restaurants, and cafes, while also incorporating beautiful residential and office towers. The Etz Chaim hotel aims to blend the rich history of the site with contemporary design, creating a harmonious addition to Jerusalem’s urban landscape.
