A 3-dunam site located on HaGiborim Street, near the corner of HaAtzmaut Street on the border of Jaffa.
The planned project includes the construction of two residential towers and public buildings, covering a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters.
The residential towers, with 27 and 28 floors respectively, will house 256 residential units, replacing the existing 53 units.
Additionally, the project features two public buildings—a kindergarten and a multi-purpose room—and the development of a public space connecting pedestrian pathways between HaGiborim and HaAtzmaut Streets to the existing neighborhood.
