The Niseko-Moiwa project integrates the natural beauty of the region with innovative architectural design. The hotel features two parallel structures that frame a central atrium, lined with winter Zen gardens and offering expansive views of the mountains. A bamboo façade complements the glass exterior, softening the boundaries between inside and outside. The residential apartments are designed to maximize mountain views, with public spaces and retail facilities seamlessly connected to the landscape. Underground recreational areas provide year-round amenities for all guests. The design reinterprets traditional Japanese architecture, creating a harmonious balance between nature and built environments.
