Midtown Jerusalem
DBLK Project
Location: Jerusalem
Sqm: 168 000
Client: Israel Canada
The project on the Shaarei Tzedek Hospital site in Jerusalem integrates contemporary architecture with the preservation of a significant historical building. It includes over 1,000 micro-apartments, two 40-story office towers, a 5-star hotel with 180 rooms, and a retail village. The design emphasizes a harmonious blend of the classical hospital building, which will house public and hotel functions, with modern architectural elements. The office towers are set to become a striking feature of the city’s skyline, while the entire development aims to enhance the area’s urban fabric, introducing both residential and commercial spaces that reflect an international standard. Public spaces and green areas will further enrich the project’s connection to its surroundings, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal
